FIRST PLACE WINNER – Biggest Feet
Toesy is a nine year old neutered male.
Toesy has lots of toes! He is a 9 year old boy originally from Cowlitz County, and may just be the “Best Kitty Ever”. He loves mothering his sisters, playing with the laser and da bird, and taking naps in sunspots.
JUDGE’S CHOICE WINNER – Cat Show
Mc MacAlister is a five year old neutered male.
Mac was thrown from a car in The Dalles Area when he was a kitten. A kind lady picked him up and took him to a grass roots animal shelter in the area. He was in good shape except for a cut on his right lip. You can still see the scar. I found him on Pet Finder in a Shelter they called Catlink.
The ad said that Mac was looking for his forever home with people that would never hurt or give him up. I have made good on that promise.
FIRST PLACE WINNER – Costume Contest
Batman is a seven month old neutered male
He is a handsome little man that loves to play and get into trouble. He loves his brothers and sister very much. Sometimes he is glued to their sides and a part of the pack. Batman is so fearless he was once busted inside the dog food canister eating his way to the bottom. He loves to eat and snuggle. His favorite place to snuggle is on the dog bed with his big English Labrador sister, Buzy.
Mr. Cotton is a one year old neutered male.
I adopted Mr. Cotton (aka Peter) as a kitten, last year at the Average Joe Cat Show! I wanted to adopt him, even before I got to hold him. Just by looking at him and watching him I could see he was outgoing, loved people, adventurous, precocious and playful but kind and caring too.
Mr. Cotton has been all that and more! He is a wonderful addition to our home and a great companion for our more reserved, shy girl kitty Akiko. Mr. Cotton just loves going for walks on his leash, of course he would prefer to do it without the leash! Whenever he sees someone on his walks he has to run right up to them and say hi. Of course he has charmed the neighborhood; friends, neighbors, shop keepers and total strangers just love him. People will even stop their cars to say hi! He is always well behaved and loves affection from young and old alike.
At home he is a great helper. He loves to follow my husband and I around the house assisting us with making the bed, doing the dishes, vacuuming, laundry, and even yoga!
At night he has to patrol the house before insisting on being let under the sheets, so he can snuggle up and sleep with us.
Like I said he is also a great companion to our other cat Akiko. He loves playing with her, sharing food and treats with her and often in the afternoons they are found grooming and sleeping together on the cat bed in the sun.
Mr. Cotton is truly one of the best kitties ever and he is pretty handsome to boot!

Diego is a four year old neutered male.
Diego is entered in our Average Joe Cat Show. He was not adopted from Purrfect Pals.
FIRST PLACE WINNER – Best Black Cat
Detroit is a 7 month old neutered male adopted from Purrfect Pals.
Detroit is as sneaky as he is handsome. He will get to anything no matter where you hide it, and he always does it with style. And as our our Princess Troi will testify, he is quite the ladies’ man. Overall he fits his nickname, James Bond.
FIRST PLACE WINNER – Most Unusual Markings
Buddy, an 8 year old neutered male
Buddy is a really laid back cat. His personality is mostly go-with-the-flow kind of guy. He has some distinctive, cool markings on his coat. He really enjoys being the only cat. He gets all the attention, actually kind of demands it, and I was told he was half Siamese. So yeah, he gets a little noisy at times. He’s still a sweetheart of a cat.
